Very positive outlook from all agents as they build up to clarifying their New Zealand and Australian programs for the coming peak booking season.  Lots of training being booked in and also agent training ‘event’s all over the UK and Europe.

There has been a lot of time on the road visiting agents before they all go on holiday in the last month.  The 1st Class Holidays roadshow was a great success.  There was also 2 x Tourism Australia trade updates (Munich and London) attended by all the key New Zealand and Australian agents and finally the PATA summer social event, also very well attended.
