Always a quiet month due to school holidays, many customers are away in UK/Europe and many travel agent staff are also away leaving offices short staffed.  This makes it hard to get in for training but I have managed to get some on-line training done as we build up to the peak booking period starting in September.

The next couple of months are going to be hectic, that is for sure.  Starting with a trip to Holland, then Freedom Destinations, ANZCRO team and then an ANZCRO agent event in Chelmsford, Tourism Australia Marketplace in Los Angeles, Tourism Queensland roadshow, all in September!  Then in October there will be a UK training trip plus a Scandi training trip, Kiwilink in London, a Holland training trip and a Trailfinders wine/training event.
