Market situation:

We are in full flow of peak season sales and also customers travelling.  Hard to get into shops for training but very high numbers of emails/calls about enquiries, training opportunities for later this year, marketing opportunities and on-line trainings.

March and April:

We start with ITB in Berlin and there will obviously be a lot of follow up from ITB and from the EU road trip that I did just before ITB.

PATA agent training events in Glasgow and Birmingham FOC thanks to Tourism Australia dropping out + First Class Holidays sales team training.  Amsterdam for the Tourism Australia trade update with all key partners and Belgium for agent visits there.

In April there will be 2 x Travel Counsellors agent training events in Essex and London and also an ANZCRO agent training event in Bristol
