Most agents are at 90% of the level that they want/require and turnover is higher than normal as some staff that were taken on when a bit desperate are leaving. The ‘storm’ is over now and agents are settling into the new future which is great for everyone.

The key issue of high demand vs low supply is still there but the gap is closing. Everyone and all businesses have had time to reassess themselves and are now looking forward to where they want to be in the future so now is the time to ensure you are part of that picture.
